I used to shop at the Vallarta on 5 Points, but after they moved I started going to Vons or S&F since they’re closer to me. I decided to take the drive and try the Vallarta on Saviers for the first time, and I was so disappointed. The customer service was awful. I bought some groceries and tried to use my baby’s WIC card for a few items. The cashier had a really bad attitude, and as soon as I swiped the card he pointed at a sign saying they don’t accept WIC. I asked since when, and he replied, “Since we opened.” I then asked him to please remove the WIC-eligible items (one cheese, one peanut butter, and one dozen eggs), but he said he needed a manager to do that and that he was already done scanning everything. He just repeated the total to me. There were people behind me and I felt so embarrassed and pressured that I ended up just paying and walking out. I will never go back to this location. The food court ordering process is very confusing and very frustrating. Once you figure out where to place your order, you aren't given an order number or ticket number. You have to wait in line after you order to get to the register and once you get there, they dont know your order so you have to repeat to them your order or they have to go ask. Once you pay you are left to just stand around and wait because there is no order number or ticket number attached to your order. You just have to keep and eye out ask if your order is ready. Also if you grabbed anything else from the isles while you were waiting for your food, You are forced to get in line at the registers to pay separately because you can't pay those few items at their registers. 😮‍💨😒😑....Food is...

Purchased the big containers of Agua frescas. The pepino and lime one was good but the berry Agua fresca tasted like the berries had gone bad. We went back and told the employee at the food bar and they gave us a free replacement. The mango mint Agua Fresca was great. Ordered a burrito at the food bar and it was a bit chaotic. The burrito was wrapped poorly and falling apart as I ate it but it tasted good. Overall everything was okay but hopefully with time they become more organized and focus a bit more on...
