Starbucks — Restaurant in Oxnard

Customer service was number one. I went inside the Starbucks Cafe to buy some few things to eat. And they have a small gift shop so I bought some things. They have a drive-thru in the morning They have the best brownies. So far I like there bananas too but they sold out.

Do the new owner of Starbucks Thank you so much your VIP customer. The restroom was spotless and very clean, The person that cleaned the bathroom should get a raise I'm noticeable doing everything cleaning the floors mopping sweeping cleaning the restrooms customer service ringing customers up even when I was eating inside the Starbucks Cafe He was drinking every customer so nice and so respectful, I like your music It was perfect They were paint different types of music They had the AC on just right It wasn't cold or hot. One thing I've noticed even the customers ourselves was so respectful everybody got along everybody had their mask on respecting everyone else It was awesome I even noticed a drive-thru there were so many people I even decided to put it on Facebook and come to Starbucks on Savier's Road, Oxnard Southern California ❤️🇺🇸 when I win two Starbucks I first went to McDonald's to get my breakfast and then I always go to Starbucks to get my brownies and if they have bananas I buy them too. It was so nice when I went inside the Starbucks cafe I bought a few things for my friends and family, what I like the protest that I put had the name of Starbucks. I was really impressed with the employees everybody was so clean and organized and so well groomed to me that's so important and they had their mask on just like us the customers too. I WROTE THE FOLLOWING TO STARBUCKS TODAY:

Yesterday I was celebrating my birthday and stopped at the below mentioned location to pickup my birthday sandwich and get another iced coffee. While waiting for my drink, a well dressed male entered the store and asked for the code to the bathroom. The manager said, "the bathroom is only for customers, do you want to order something?" I looked at both of them and feeling bad for the poor soul, told her that I was a customer and to give me the code which she did. I then relayed it to the male customer and he went to relieve himself.

While he was there and as she served me my drink, she said "Do not do that in the future, there is a reason why we keep it under lock and key."

I didn't say anything at the time because it was awkward to get scolded by someone younger than me and also because I didn't want to create a scene. However, for starters, I can't believe she was being so anal. The man obviously had to visit the facilities and she could have made this one time exception. What's to keep him from tailgating another customer exiting the facilities? Will she call the police on him? I can't believe that Starbucks has such a strict rule for the bathroom use. That store is very close to two military bases. If that person would have had his military dress on, would she had allowed him to use the restroom?

I don't get it! I look forward...

I’ve always experienced shortages in something at this location. Which I understand. However, I don’t think being rude about it is ok. I mobile ordered about 10 drinks, when I arrived to pick up at the pick up station. They said go to the line in the front. Then I go to be brought back to the pick up station. Then they tell me “we don’t have cup holders” and starts handing me the drinks. So I asked do you have an empty box or anything I can use to carry them and perhaps not have them fall as I’m driving? He just looked at me with an annoyed face sighting and says no then walks away… also I asked for straws, as they were all frappes and he hands me 4. I had 10 drinks! One was a hot beverage so I said can I have 9? And he again annoyed rolling his eyes hands them to me. Then walks away. As I said I would understand they have shortages but why be rude about it. If the drinks were only for me I would had asked them to refund. Also, everyone said their drink was just ice and didn’t taste like any coffee or had much flavor other than ice and halfway filled with whipped cream.
