Southern California Jet Skis — Local services in Oxnard

This was my first experience jet skiing and it was a great one. I went by myself and made reservations for their early bird. A total of 7 people were in the group and everyone was courteous and having a great time.

The jet skis come in 2 colors and look amazing and brand new. I like the fact that they have brakes and even a reverse function.

The two staff members were very professional, explained the safety, operation, and regulations of the harbor quickly and effectively and moved us through the process easily.

Once we rode our jet skis past the harbor, we pretty much had free reign and could go as fast as we wanted. The skis themselves are very stable and powerful.

Within 10 minutes, the staff had found groups of dolphins and showed us where they were. We followed the dolphins for almost half an hour and the dolphins had fun with us, doing all kinds of fun backflips in the water and all. I even saw a few seals!

I bought a Groupon voucher to use over the vacation. According to the instruction, I called them to make a reservation. I called on 8/22 12:23pm for 8/31 11am reservation. The lady advised me that the only availability for the Groupon holder is 10am which I did not know and it did not say when I purchased the voucher. Since there is no other choice, I accepted it and proceeded with the reservation. She said the reservation is being made and i will get a confirmation email. Few hours later, all of sudden, I checked a cancellation invoice without any explanation from them. I replied to the email but Tony (different rep) said it is not eligible over the holiday weekend. However I explained how the reservation was being made but he does not care about the mistake that they made and said I need to pay in cash instead of the voucher. The way they handled their mistake is so ignorant and not right. They ruined our vacation. Do not sell Groupons if you would continue to discriminate innocent customers like that. very...

Absolutely great place to rent jet skis! Wanted to take my girlfriend out to try em out and started looking for a good place to rent one. I saw this place on google and read great things about them so I gave them a try and we had the absolute best experience with them ever! The owner and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly we loved how kind they were and how they really cares about all of us having fun! The prices for the rentals are really reasonable not expensive at all and they even let you rent a wetsuit which is completely worth it if you don't want to freezing in the water! Life jackets were also provided! Went out and immediately you are drawn in to the experience welcomed by a bunch of sea lions swimming near by you throughout! It was absolutely just an amazing experience and we will definitely be returning to Southern California Jet Skis...
