Harbor Mart (Hollywood Beach) — Restaurant in Oxnard

I would like to firstly say that I am well traveled, and I have eaten many foods over many countries around the world and in The States.

Order: potato salad x1, Nima's Special Sandwhich

I have eaten over one hundred potato salads, each different variations. Big and small. This potato salad takes the number two spot. Flavorful, proper hydration of the sauce used in it, texturally wonderful and appropriately priced. Well worth the $4.50!!

The Nima's Special is also absolutely stellar. As far as sandwhiches go, no one else is giving you the portion size, the thoughtfulness, flavors, and overall quality in this thing. Paired with pepperccinis on the side (served with the sandwhich, with no additional costs) this place, the Harbor Mart Cafe and Deli takes my NUMBER ONE in a cold cut deli sandwhich!

Harbor Mart is owned by two of the nicest people I have ever met. My kids, who's age groups rang from elementary, middle, and high school enjoy going to harbor mart not just for the frozen yogurt (yum!), but also to talk with the owners. They remember by kids names and details that my kids share with them. It makes them feel happy and special.

My kids like the frozen yogurt there. They have great flavores and so many toppings to choose from. My husband and I love all the food choices they have. We have tried just about everything on the menu and we have yet to be disappointed.

Harbor Mart has everything you could want or need. Need something to eat, they have a delicious deli. Want something cool and sweet, they have frozen treats. Going to the beach and forgot your towel or sunscreen, they have it. Want a souvenir to send to someone (or just to represent Hollywood Beach), they have it. They...

I found this place on door dash and was excited to try a new place. The menu looked good and reviews seemed good, so I gave it a shot. It was a bit of a let down. The mushroom burger was a good size, a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. It was nothing special though. The flavors fell flat. There was a lot going on in that burger, but no flavors really poped out. Aside from that, my bun was pretty burnt. I tried the macaroni salad and didn't care for that. Its a bit more tangy than I like, too much mustard. I also ordered the hummus. It arrived without the pita bread, and it's flavors were not that great. Definitely will not be ordering delivery from them again (costs way too much for food that is just...okay.). If I'm in the area and want a bite, i might give them another shot & try one of their sandwiches. But thats a big maybe. I was just not impressed...
