If I could I would rate zero stars. I have shopped at this location several times and was not belittled and disrespected like I was yesterday by an employee. I was called a scammer.
And was told that I was scamming . And look like a scammer. I replied really! And with a firm straight face the employee said yes.
That I had a scammer look to me. And I could scam and look straight faced like u wasnāt. The employee said that my email came up red. And he had to flag my account. A few seconds later, my information popped up. And then I was able to cash out. This incident occurred in front of my spouse. Not sure if others heard it.
But there were three different nationalities shopping in the store. And there were two other employees. Mind you, this employee left four charms on the glass with me. Why he assisted another customer that I told him was okay.
Because they only had a pricing question. I had went to shop six charms but left with four. Due to two not being in stock. And I took of one, but the employee deleted both.
I donāt think I will ever visit a PANDORA store again. If they allow the employee to still be employed there after what I feel was stereotyped and discriminated against based on appearance and race. This was the first time that I was helped by this employee.
And it was the most unpleasant and worse experience that I have ever had. All of the other employees and experience has been courteous, friendly , kind, knowledgeable with outstanding customer service.
This employee was abrupt,, cocky, dominant, the list goes on. Now my spouse is thinking about why the employee would call me a scammer and say that I was scamming yesterday. Like he is so puzzled as to the point, it caused an altercation between us.
Because I shop at that location more than other locations. I am upset and confused as well as to why I was disrespected and talk to in that manner: He conducted himself as management. So I removed myself from the store peacefully. Not causing a scene or ending up on someoneās social media page as another stereotype angry black woman stereotype.
I did take the survey. I called the store twice this morning but got no answer. So I called the corporate office and filed a complaint.
I am stuck in disbelief. I am not angry, I am confused and emotionally disconnected from reality...

I showed her a picture and she was about to tell me they did not have until another one of her coworkers went to actually look for it. She took out the charm but left it in the ziplock and proceeded to ask for my information and rung me up without even showing me the charm. How am I going to pay for a charm she didn't even show me?? I then asked if I could see it and she rolled her eyes and puffed in my face. Like excuse me?! I am a Pandora fan and have spent a lot of money on Pandora for their employees to be rude and arrogant and ignorant like DeJona! I was upset at this point and then when I paid she didn't even tell me how much was discounted from the 50% sale! She then told me very rude that it was all in there and didn't care to explain. This girl made obvious she has no interest in selling me anything! She even looked annoyed when I walked in. I honestly thought she has a speaking problem because I kept asking her question and needing to repeat myself because she would not answer me. After I had payed I asked if she knew where I could find a necklace I was looking for, and asked if she could check what other location Pandora has it. She proceeded to tell me she doesn't know! What in the world? Last time I came in another nice worker even looked up which Pandora had in stock a specific charm I was looking for. In my opinion fire her ASAP! I have also contacted the regional office Pandora to complain about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you value your sanity do not come here. From attitudes from sales associates to long waiting periods, there's no accommodating system to make sure all customers are serviced fairly. If you see something online and know what exactly you want, don't expect to come in and just buy it. You're better off ordering online. We waited an hour for a sales associate to assist us. I heard an associate talking trash about a customer that waited longer than me because she voiced her frustration about the associates to the "manager". The "manager" I quote because she seemed equally annoyed and did not provide any real substance to leading a team. She did not want to engage the customers concerns or provide any solution. Also, I watched customer be assisted for HOURS and walk out the store without buying anything. I think that's poor management when you have customers waiting knowing what they want and could not purchase quickly. I been to this location once before and did not recognize anyone. The store waiting area had empty water bottles on the table but the "manager" did not bother cleaning off the table while she was so unbothered with customers. My advice: go to Pentagon City Pandora if you would like quality service and an exception...
