I visited this store today for my 1st time and and I am absolutely in love. The beads are high quality, reasonably priced and it's a beaders paradise!! The variety he has exceeds beads. He has crystals, stones, jewelry findings, fine crafted pieces, cultural items etc. The staff are super friendly! I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Abdul and can't say enough good things about him! Read moreThe only suggestion I have is if you own a business and get sick and can't open (completely understandable), a sign on the door indicating that you're closed due to illness would be helpful. After coming up from Tennessee for something else, I wanted to check this place out, but we rode around and kept coming back by for almost 2 hours waiting for the store to open, only to find out from an apparent friend of the owner who was collecting a delivery from the front door that the owner had the flu and wouldn't be opening. It would be good to know what you are looking for when you go - shop is visually very busy, packed with beads, stones, crystals, findings, etc. Left with two hanks of turn of the century handmade Afghani beads. Beautiful, and something you won't find in a Fire Mountain Gems catalog. We are local, so we're saying this is a reasonably priced source for beads and stones you may not find in the average beading...
