In June of 2022 I had shattered my foot from a work-related incident that left me not only on bedrest for months, but also had forced me to find a new career as I could no longer continue doing what I had been doing for over a decade. After going through surgery and fighting with the worker’s comp insurance company regarding my weekly benefits and physical therapy, I reviewed at least a dozen law firms to try and find relief while I recovered. Bryant Law Center has been an absolute blessing while I suffered from one of the worst tragedies I have experienced in my life. While the firms I contacted seemed okay enough, Bryant Law Center stood out far in comparison. They answered the phone immediately, provided excellent customer service, fought on my behalf to ensure I received a fair settlement, and offered a plan to get me back on my feet that made me feel safe. Most notably, Austin Kennedy and Shauna Dollins have been exceptionally great to me, as they immediately took care of all my accumulating medical bills, got my worker’s comp weekly payments going, provided insight for my doctor appointments and scheduling’s, and built a case regarding my situation to the upmost capacity of Kentucky state laws. The entire process of my recovery took well over a year, and during that time, they continuously communicated with me every step of the way, ensuring I was getting the care (and benefits) I deserved.

Currently, I have recovered to the highest capacity that I can. And with that, I feel elated to announce that Austin and Shauna took 99% of the stress away I would have had if I had not called them. In fact, my only regret during this entire process was that I had not called them sooner! In 2020 my family and I endured the tragic loss of my son in a car wreck in Kentucky. At the time I lived 2 hours away and had no idea what steps to take to deal with something like this. I would not recommend this law center now or in my future respectfully. They gave somone the case and him nor his assistant could give the same story which was always a lie. I will not call out there names but they definitely know who they are. This firm have the ratings that they have because others people used amazing attorney in this center with better communication, way better knowledge at their jobs, who don't play around get thing done even when thing happen obviously, and are not scared to fight for the people they want to help. The one assigned to me at the time was off his game in more ways than one and so was his assistant. It doesn't matter what comes your way or on your desk which was either already piling up or you had already made up his mind that you was not going to take the case but continued to let me call the office and let his assistant tell me he was looking over things then to say he was not in the office to get a call right back in less than a minute to say he can not take the case.I truly believe that things happen...
