We got our food ordered , we got no ticket for our order number and kept asking a lady behind the counter for it and she continued to ignore us . Thirty minutes later we finally got our order the food was real good . The couple that was with us ordered directly behind us and 45 minutes after their order they still didn't receive and went to ask and no one knew what they were asking about they lost their ticket the when they got their order in yet again they were informed they were 4 tickets back the lady behind the counter all her response was and as she repeated several times was I don't remember taking the order and shrugged her shoulders very unprofessional . Read moreMost of the time the service here is pretty good but after going on my lunch break and waiting 25 to 30 minutes for two slices of pizza, I'm not pleased. Then on top of that, the lady behind the counter just tossed my box to me, on the counter after asking me what I had ordered. Not even saying she was sorry for my wait , not anything. I then had to ask for napkins. I understand that things happen sometimes and would have been cool with that but didn't appreciate the rudeness and lack of apology for my wait. This is by far the worst service I've ever had here and won't be returning anytime soon. I didn't even have a chance to eat before having to return to work.
