I was going to Envy for all my vapes and vaping accessories for probably a couple years. One of these times I encountered this younger guy who was about to refuse to sell me salt nic due to the atomizers I was buying. He sold it to me begrudgingly though. After that I was really turned off by the place. I started going elsewhere. I decided to try again today and it really sealed the deal for me. Same guy as I previously stated was working. I went in to get a new device. I wanted the Geekvape Wenax Q. He rung it up and then I asked for 25mg salt nic. Omg that was a mistake, I knew better too but I did it anyways like an idiot. So he told me when I open the box to just throw out the 0.6 pod and only use the 1.2 pod if I’m gonna use salt nic. Okay whatever. Obviously I’ll need more pods so he went to check to see if y’all had 1.2 pods. There wasn’t any. He then claimed y’all can’t get them and I won’t be able to find them online (as if no other shops might have them). The whole time I already knew where this was going, he wasn’t gonna sell it to me. He then tried to convert me to the non salt nic, been there done that, no. So I just stood there with my card out ready to pay while he just kept trying to find alternatives and talking in circles and trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Finally I just said I’ll get the juice cause it was painful watching him and I was pretty annoyed. Idk what this guys deal is, everyone else here is great. In my 9 years of vaping I’ve never dealt with someone like that, everyone else sold me what I wanted and told me to have a great day. I’m not gonna keep coming to shop where I have to deal with that. Vape isn’t safe no matter what you smoke it out of, I’m aware of that. I don’t need some kid to lecture me IN A VAPE SHOP OF ALL PLACES and then refuse me the sale. Still my absolute favorite vape shop, hands down!! I am so happy because I have been looking for a certain flavor of salt nic for months now. I originally purchased the flavor from envy, it was recommended to me by the girl working there and I fell in love. I had purchased 2 bottles at that time and of course went through them fairly quick. All of my friends loved it too. well, I went back about 2 months later to get some more of the juice and they were sold out. I called every other vape shop in my area, && they were either sold out or did not carry the flavor as well. The girl that was working that night said she would ask and see if they were going to get any more of it any time soon. She recommended another flavor that was somewhat similar, which was good, but not the one that I absolutely love. Low and behold, I went back in about a week ago, and the owner was there. I showed him the empty bottle I had from my flavor, and he said they hadn't had that in a while. He got on the phone with his supplier right there on the spot and ordered several bottles of my flavor!!! I was ecstatic. I cannot begin to Express how appreciative I am of him doing that for me. No questions asked, he found the flavor and ordered it. fast forward a few days, I went back in he had told me they get their shipment on a certain day and sure enough, he had the bottles sitting behind the counter waiting for me! This evening, I asked for a three-pack of .2 ohm Mesh Pro coils and the worker charged me for three separate coils at $6 a piece. Normally I pay $15 dollars here for a three pack so this just seemed a bit strange and sketchy. There's some websites that charge $10 for a three-pack with $3 shipping.

Additionally, no one wears masks in here and there is no protective screen between the employee and customer during checkout. Members of my family have health issues and with one of them being hospitalized recently with COVID, I'm very weary of negligent safety practices.

Perhaps they have curbside pickup - but given that the employees don't wear masks, I wouldn't trust this method of checkout even if it was available.
