I love this store it's where I bought most of my items for my house they have great variety and prices! My last trip I bought #some furnitur and i was helped by two young men and the first one didn't seem like he was able to get it in my car. As I started to worry the other gentleman named Trevor was determined to get it to fit and without giving up he did just that! Talk abouy going the extra mile! What a great employee they have! He could have gave up and told me to find someone to help me hall it home but instead he wasnt gunna let that happen he clearly saw the deviation in my face and he told everyone to step back and he lifted it right into my car! The manger working today is highly disrespectful & un safe for LGTBQIA+ Community. I brought a dog bed up to the register & asked price because it was not clearly marked , The staff member called the manager over who proceeded to say that every single dog bed has a tag. The tag was hidden inside the zipper portion and he said can you see it now I am vision impaired and have difficulty seeing with a eye pach on the way he said it was extremely disrespectful especially for vision impairment. He then proceeded to call me the wrong gender and laughed at me saying who would spend that much on a dog which insulted myself and my in reference to my beloved dog . Definitely will Not return to this un safe disrespectful...

5*All the way for Bill & Tarik! They both make a shopping experience so special! Very attentive to your needs. Always offering to help and give a warm n friendly smile and if they have a brief moment they will give of themselves a friendly chat! The rest of the managers are never in a good mood and seem to over due the closing announcements as if customers don't know how to tell time between a 15 minute period?!!!! These other managers need to go back n learn customer relations all over again. Thank you Bill & Tarik for always keeping your composer with customers and making us all feel unique n special.
