Today I was told that I am not welcomed inside of this location, the owner has been upset with me every since I called in a order 1 time almost 2 years ago. I got there and they were extremely busy, but I had something important to do so I told them to cancel the order and left. The owner called my phone telling that I’m dining and dashing. But I did not take the food I told the cashier to cancel it I had to leave.. she was so rude. I took a brake from going for about 6 months. Then started going back never really had any major problems. Until lately, They changed the amount of peanut butter they put on the bowls even though prices went up. They get upset every time I specify how I want my bowl made or bagel.. Sometimes the items are inconsistent depending who is making it. If I am spending my money I should be able to get my food the way I like it. Ive been supporting this business for over 3 years at least 4 times a week. I spend $18 or more each time and TIP. I refer so many people and speak good about this business. It shouldn’t be so hard to make sure my items correct. And I have never made and employee cry I’m not a disrespectful person at all,it’s not that serious . The owner is lying in her response I don’t know what kind of kid games are going on. Thank you all for making me know my money isnt appreciated, I will not be back I promise....
Read moreI have been here three times, this place is amazing and I can't believe they aren't on the other coast. What makes 3 natives special, besides the delicious and healthy food, is the employees. I have been sitting here at my table for about 15 minutes enjoying the environment and eating my meal. The guy working the register, his name is Tony, really loves his job and you can obviously see this. He is happy and friendly and even remembers customers names, the ones he doesn't remember he asks their name and introduces himself. I have done credit card processing for almost 10 years, so ALL I deal with is businesses, that's literally my job. I know without a doubt what makes a business succeed and what makes it fail, it's what I do. All other things aside, customer service is the #1 most important thing. Having people like Tony dealing with the customers will FOR SURE make your business a success. Great Food. Great people. Great atmosphere. Keep doing what your doing and keep hiring people like Tony and very soon I WILL see 3 natives on the...
Read more1st time walking in. It took my daughter and I, a few minutes to look over the menu. The lady running the register is really pushy. She asked us 3 times if we were ready when we were reading the menu. There was no one behind us, so I was sort of confused about the rush. Food came out very quickly. My daughter is lactose intolerant so she truly appreciated almond milk on the menu with her smoothie. My daughter went on and on how good her drink was. She said it was much better then tropical smoothie. The Thai wrap was on point. Fresh ingredients, and great portions for the price. Another guy walked into order looking at the menu, and he was also asked several times if he was ready. 🤣 other than the demand to order immediately the food was absolutely delicious, even the gluten free chips were super yummy. The acai bowls looked good. Definitely will return. Maybe this time I will know exactly what I want before I walk in, so we don't get shouted...
