Dianna Mehrabi, the Director of Sales/Marketing at The Madyson, has proven to be an invaluable asset to the RUI company. Her level of expertise and dedication to her role are commendable.
Dianna's extensive knowledge in the field of senior care and assisted living is very impressive. She possesses a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of the elderly and their families.
Dianna's approachability and willingness to go the extra mile to help both the residents and their families is something that sets her apart from the rest. She is always readily and available to answer questions, text messages, emails and provide guidance, and offer support to those considering The Madyson for their loved ones. Her compassionate and caring nature radiates through in all her interactions, making her a trusted and reliable resource for the residents and their families. Dianna is one of the main reasons we chose The Madyson ALF. Whenever we see Dianna in the lobby I notice she goes out of her way to greet every resident by name and ask them how their day is going.
Dianna’s combination of knowledge, dedication, and genuine concern for the well-being of the residents is a true asset to RUI and The Madyson Assisted Living Facility. Her daily efforts have played a significant role in creating a warm and welcoming environment on a daily basis for present and upcoming potential residents of...
Read moreAfter a depressing two month stint in a nearby facility, our octogenarian mother moved into Madyson and it is fantastic for her! There is so much to do--lots of inspiring and stimulating activities from exercise and pool classes to live music to educational and inspiring lecturers, outings and even engaging the residents in making their own presentations to their community. It is a beautiful building in a central and convenient location, feels like a sparkling clean, tasteful resort. The food is good. Everyone there seems quite happy, both the residents and the wonderful staff.
One of the great things about Madyson is they have extra support for the first 30 days...there was always someone knocking on her door to see how she was doing and get her to come join a class or let her know when meals were.
She initially moved into a very small (500 sf) one bedroom apartment, which we thought would be way too small but ended up being very comfortable and she quickly got upgraded to a bigger one when space allowed. We originally thought she would be happier in a smaller community, but it turns out she is liking the variety of people to make friends with, and it is big enough to have lots going on all the time. Recently they had Casino Night, with professional dealers and great live music. It's really a fun, uplifting, beautiful place with...
Read moreThis facility is like a family all working together for the good of the resident! As the daughter of a resident, I couldn't be happier. The aides and nurses are so loving, caring and take time with my mom! The activity director and her assistant are ANGELS from heaven. They make sure the residents are involved in as many activities as they are interested in. Always giving a gentle nudge to participate which has benefitted my mom and helped her settle into the facility much better than I could of imagined. The executive director who runs the facility communicates with ease - ALWAYS keeping residents and family members in the loop which is so comforting for me as I don't live in Florida 6 months of the year! Her daily updates on Facebook are refreshing as I know exactly what is happening on a daily basis. She is always available for feedback or new ideas to make this facility the best it can be. The front desk are people who are the rock of the facility. The residents call or stop by with questions or concerns and they do anything and everything for the residents as well as greet guests with a smile!!! I love the family atmosphere they have created and I am glad I chose Your Life as a home for...
