Anton was our salesperson. What a nice guy. He did all he could to determine our needs. He answered all our questions, showed us different options on the mattresses and showed us our sleep numbers on the digital display in their showroom. It's a good starting number for us to begin a great nights sleep. The showroom was very clean and he provided sanitary pillow covers which made me feel better about laying on the beds. I also texted him several times before our delivery and he promptly got back in touch to reassure me that all will be fine. He suggested linens which I thought were pricey, but when I asked if I could buy linens elsewhere, he told me just what size would fit the split king bed. I was told we had a 100 day trial and if we were not happy we could return or exchange the mattress. We decided on a mattress, but I got sticker shock when I saw the price of the base was not included in the price I saw online for the mattresses. I did not do enough research. I also was perplexed about the no return policy of the base. I did read that other mattresses from other companies might fit on the base, so that is something.
