Raw Juce - Alton Town Center — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

I recently visited Raw Juce with high expectations, but my experience left much to be desired. The quality of the products may be good, but unfortunately, I cannot overlook the unprofessionalism displayed by one of the employees.

During my visit, a lady working at Raw Juce went into explicit detail about her birth story, and how she got pregnant at 18, which I found inappropriate and unrelated to the customer experience. This oversharing made me uncomfortable and detracted from the otherwise positive atmosphere I had hoped for.

While I appreciate personal stories in certain contexts, a business setting should prioritize customer comfort and focus on the product or service being offered. Sadly, this incident has influenced my perception, and I cannot, in good conscience, rate Raw Juce any higher than one star.

I hope the management addresses such instances to ensure a more professional and customer-centric environment...

I ordered a protein smoothie the other day. It tasted delicious however I found out that they don’t use fresh spinach from the store when making the smoothie. The employee told me it has lemon in it and it arrives at the store in the morning already juiced. Well that sure turned me off. Fresh juice lasts 24 to 48 hours. I wonder how fast they go through their spinach and if they even monitor when it was delivered. there’s something about seeing ahandful of fresh spinach going into my smoothie that one would think most people would appreciate. Anyway, tasted great but...

Very Expensive! The juice is good and selection is Ok. I was disappointed because they don't keep the full range of products. I like this company's Spicy Lemonade but they are not stocking it, or were not stocking it during COVID.

The people behind the counter were wearing masks, however they let them fall down and noses were showing.
