Alton Town Center — Local services in Palm Beach Gardens

I don’t usually like to make negative reviews because I work in an industry where reviews and word-of-mouth are everything...but sometimes it’s just too much. I love Bolay and I think that most of the locations are run flawlessly. However on multiple occasions I have had very negative experiences with the online ordering system, but most importantly the staff at this location in Alton. In a day and age where customer service, such as the service you get at Chick-Fil-A is everything, it’s sad to see the experience that you get at this location is so poor. The floor staff at this location are great, they smile and are friendly, but the managers in the restaurant are really the reason I will never eat at this location again...especially the lady with the black hair that likes to wear the digital camo hat. She is unprofessional, rude, and not a good representation of the brand. Overall I recommend every other Bolay location in the local area, but...

As I walked into this store at Alton, so nice, new and clean, I felt excitement. So many aisles spread open in front of me, luring me in! Whatever pet product is needed (at least for me), it is here. All sizes and styles of leashes and collers. Refrigerated pet food, and so many brands of bagged or canned food (they offer a price match guarantee on some items). Sales help is readily available. So much to choose from, I spent 20 minutes in the dog toy aisle (let it be said, I do suffer from indecisiveness...). The grooming and training centers are open. Banfield Vet center will not be in this Petsmart, as it will be a free-standing facility elsewhere. The live pets look healthy with clean habitats: mice, birds hamsters (awww, so cute!). I've been going to this shopping center for a while now. Really love the Panera Bread and a few of the other shops. However, VANAS LASER CLUB is ALWAYS closed!!!!! I decided to give them a call and just schedule. I thought maybe it was by appointment only. Turns out they closed that location many months ago and aren't offering services there. Why the hell would you not put a note up on the door to let clients know??? The girl on the phone said they are only seeing people at their Miami and Aventura location. They have Palm Beach Gardens and Delray as a location and those locations aren't even open! False advertising much? IDK why this shopping center has allowed a business to be closed for so long without posting a sign. So...
