Love your Poke bowl! My husband and I have been customers for two years. My most recent experiences have made me feel very very uncomfortable as a customer and I would like to bring this to the owners attention. Most recently I entered the restaurant right before a big rush. The employee who was serving me was very kind but moved at a much slower pace than those serving behind her. I felt very rushed giving my order as a few others behind me seemed to be impatient waiting. They were being severed faster and skipped ahead of me in line without anyone even saying kind words of excuse me. While this made me feel uncomfortable, it is not what made me most uncomfortable. One of your newer male employees tries to have a flirtatious manner the few times I encountered him. This time I was ask by this employee if I was eating alone which was an odd question. He then rang up my order incorrectly. When I nicely corrected I had a snarky response “well isn’t it the same?” No it isn’t when you see the incorrect amount of scoops my order had. He obviously did not like I corrected him and gave me my cash change in a manner that was almost thrown at me. Then forgets to put items in my bag that I asked for. Wow is all I have to say! As a human or a customer one should never be meant to feel so uncomfortable I don’t think I will be back, especially after being a customer for so long. Read moreJust wow... this place is really amazing. It’s a little of a surprise how it all works when it’s your first time, but the customer service by far blew me away. Gabby (I believe that was her name) from the start I could see her level of engagement and urgency. She was also very attentive to the customers. I know for sure she is one of the best employees there. There was a couple there that I think might be the managers or owners, but they were super helpful and extremely attentive too. I can’t wait to recommend this place to my friends and family. I’m for sure coming back several times. They had gluten free options available for my gf too which I appreciate.
PS: that beer system is pretty awesome. Also, the manager, or owner, helped me with the whole experience, specially getting my twisted trunk beer that kinda run out as I started pouring it lol, but he changed it immediately!!...
Read moreSharing this review based on customer service. I received a gift card last month. I have now tried 4 times to use the gift card and each time a different employee has not known how to work the system. Today the employee told me there was $0, mind you it’s never been used. He went to check with the manager and they said all gift cards are showing no balance and it is broken. I asked when this will be fixed and he didn’t know. The manager should have taken over the situation or offered a refund for the giftcard or even a discount on my meal. Maybe the 5th time I try to use the giftcard it will work.
