Disappointing and Highly Unprofessional Experience - Palm Beach Boutique ​My recent visit to the Piaget boutique in Palm Beach was extremely disappointing and failed to meet the expected standards of a luxury brand. ​While being assisted by an associate, the overall atmosphere was completely undermined by a very loud, unprofessional incident. The door to a back storage area was left wide open, exposing piles of disorganized boxes and merchandise. Throughout my interaction, a tall woman with dark hair was visible in this back room and was screaming at others. ​She then repeatedly interrupted the associate who was helping me, making the associate visibly nervous, and continued to belittle and interrupt them. The constant yelling and internal strife created a toxic, awkward, and highly unprofessional environment. ​I expect discreet, refined service when visiting a Piaget boutique. To witness such open unprofessionalism, disorganization, and outright screaming is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand's management and standards.
