I'm still livid about how I was treated here over a year later. The people who worked here are RACIST. I did not mention in my original review that I went into the store with my girl friend who is black. I am Chinese. I went to return a defective pair of shoes and they claimed I wore them. I suspect it was because my black friend was there with me. I rarely experience racism like this as an Asian but months later I've pieced together what happened and I feel so so angry for myself and my friend!

Beware shopping here, bad quality control and poor customer service. I'm all about unique luxury goods and would love to support a new designer company but the store associates at the shoe store were rude to me. They have a very stingy return/exchange policy and act entitled to your money. I'm not used to spending money on luxury anything and receiving such poor treatment in return.

I bought a pair of $400 white sneakers at the shoe store here. I found that one of the shoe lace holes on the sneaker was sewn on crooked, misaligned by like 2mm on the stitching, and it caused the whole shoe to be asymmetrical and the laces to look slanted. I went back asking for exchange for the 1 shoe. The black young woman that sold the shoe to me was quite nice but the man and this older lady that worked there 2 days later when I went back were rude to me! They immediately flipped the shoes over and accused me of already wearing the shoes because there were marks on the bottom of the heels. They also said I must have threaded the shoe lace wrong. I said the shoes were sold to me slightly dirty because people had already tried them on multiple times in the store, how could they be absolutely white? The man then asked me, "so you bought these shoes 2 days ago?" like they didn't believe me when I had the receipt right there with the date.

They went 2 stores down to ask a manager if I could get a replacement and told me no because the shoe is handmade so the crooked lace is not a defect. Are you kidding me? Hermès and Chanel handbags are also handmade but they don't look messed up like this.

Finally they said I bought the last pair in the size so they can't even exchange it for me anyway. I'm not sure why these incompetent people went through the trouble of insulting me and put me on the defensive just to tell me they didn't have a shoe to even exchange for me. I wonder if the store associate lied because he had this attitude he didn't even care.

I was only visiting Palm Beach on vacation so I kept the defective shoe and flew home. If someone from corporate sees this review and can help me with an exchange from Italy, please contact me, I would love that. I just want the one shoe replaced.

You should also retrain your sales associates better. I have never been treated so poorly in a luxury goods/restaurant/travel setting. I can't help but suspect like I was racially/income profiled because I don't fit the look of the typical resident...

I went into the store the, ladies who greeted me were super nice and I wanted to try on a pair of shoes I saw in the window. Somehow I landed with the most unresponsive sales girl in the store. She acted like I was a nuisance. She didn't help me in finding the shoes I wanted to try on. Another customer was trying on clothes and we were talking, the customer was bragging on how great the shoes were, the lady helping her was very nice and responsive, but she was busy helping that customer and the only other sales person was the bored one. I asked the bored sales lady to try on a pair of shoes. She brought out a totally different color of shoes handed me the box and stepped away. They were cute shoes but she was so snotty I was not about to drop $500 on shoes with that kind of experience. Would've bought them if she had been even a little bit nice and also brought out the color I requested. I left without buying anything. I wish one of the other ladies would've helped me, I would be walking around with a cute pair or two...

Always a lovely experience in this store.

Today's purchase was a handbag for myself and an impromptu pair of shoes for my husband. The men's shoes fit him perfectly, and the leather quality is beyond compair. As for my handbag, the color is brilliant, and I love the contrast between the suede and regular leather, which makes it very unique.

The sales staff are always very nice and welcoming, never pushy. Very patient when you are having a hard time choosing a color and show no irritation when you walk out with nothing. I actually did that and then came back when I had made up my mind.

They offer a huge selection of shoes and handbags in every different color imaginable. All in luxurious leather that is buttery soft. They have beautiful clothes too, but I am partial to the shoes and bags.

We are local and love coming in to see the new colors and trends. Thanks again for making it another great experience! See...
