I don't know why 2 people say it isn't a Starbucks, because it certainly is, maybe they just couldn't locate it from the street because the plaza is a little weird if you are unfamiliar with the area. This Starbucks coffee shop has a very good location in Esplanade mall just off popular Worth Avenue. There is plenty of air conditioned space inside with nice armchairs, tables and chairs. There are also a few tables outside to enjoy coffee whenever it is not too hot and humid. The customers are usually a mixture of locals, tourists and people with bikes and pets.
