The best customer service hands down that I’ve ever experienced! Such an amazing jewelers ! My fiancé and I have been working now with both Ada and Kyle for a little over a month now . They didn’t have any of the loose diamonds in the store that we were looking for so they ordered some for us to come in and pick the perfect stone for my ring ! Ada ordered them that day from just me calling the store once . They have given us a really amazing experience ! When we went to other jewelers we were mistreated by some bad customer service and trying to get us to buy rings that were out of his budget and that weren’t worth what they were asking for . Hamilton’s has been amazing! My fiancé is always a very hard worker and always so busy due to work that we had to wait weeks after the stones arrived to even see them. When we finally got to go In because he was free for a couple hours we couldn’t believe how wonderful the service was , and how beautiful the stones were ! We picked out the D color Marquis for my ring and I can’t wait for the setting to come in and for them to build it together for us . Ada has been amazing on keeping me updated about the diamonds and about the ring mount. Kyle even offered to bring the stones by our place so we could look at them ! We however went in and even were able to look at the diamonds outside to really see them shine !

Ada listened to me , she kept in contact with me , she went above and beyond for us ! She was there for us and never tried to push a sale . Kyle when he showed us the diamonds he was so friendly , and made us feel very welcome . He made us laugh and wanted to hear our story .

Hamilton’s made us feel like family ! I am going to suggest this jewelers to everyone and everybody who is looking for beautiful jewlery. I can’t thank them enough, they have been taking care of us even through all the Covid-19. During this time we are supposed to be the happiest as we have decided to get married and Hamilton’s made sure we remembered even though the covid 19 is now our new “normal” that love doesn’t wait and that we are allowed to be happy about our new beginnings.

The diamond is perfect , the mount is going to be perfect . He got the honor of picking out the stone which will forever mean more to me and the fact that we went this route of getting A diamond and a mount instead of one that’s already put together at the store.
