Today I stopped by Good Vides Nutrition in the St Joe's Plaza next to ACE Harware. My experience was great from the time I walked through the front door. I was greeted by Mike and his wife Paula who are the proud owners of this new business. They specialize healthy nutritional products which include healthy smoothies I had a Strawberry smoothie and it also came with an herbal tea. I think I have new favorite local business to go to. One thing I noticed was everyone was enjoying the shakes. Before I left I had them make me one to bring home to my hard to please wife Alison. When I got home and she tried it and she said it was fabulous. I will be back with Alison. I highly recommend...
