Konstantin took many hours to diagnose the cause of my ASUS gaming desktop's bluescreen errors. He found that it wasn't the RAM like I suspected, but Windows 11 had some driver conflicts. He took 8+ hours just to scan everything while trying to preserve C. He clean installed Windows and some drivers, keeping the files on my 2nd SSD drive. Correction: He installed Win 11 23H2 which is much more stable than when 24H2 was installed. I paused updates so that it will not update to 24H2. I think 24H2 is what was causing most of my problems. He also installed some extra RAM (same brand and model PNY 2x8GB 3600mhz which totaled 4) that I had brought because I did not want to seat it improperly myself and make sure that 4 sticks of RAM was compatible with the motherboard. He called me to follow up to make sure my PC is doing good. It did have a bluescreen after I brought it home, but then after I found some "Intel Disk Management" driver from the MyASUS app the bluescreen did not happen again. I am not sure if that was the final solution, on the path of solutions which Konstantin was a major help in solving the mystery of the bluescreening ASUS desktop. Thank you for going out of your way to fix up my PC. If I run into another problem I'll be sure to ask...
