Went to get my 3 kids shoes and couldn’t find help anywhere. After waiting at least 15/20 minutes for someone to show up at the shoe department my son had to go look for someone who did not look too happy and his customer service was poor. We only took one pair due to the lack of help. We proceeded to pay and there was a price where the football cleats were on display and the register was giving us a different one. Annet the leader on duty came and told us the prwrong. I explain it was unfortunate that we had no help and if she could respect the price. Annet proceed to tell us, “well I don’t have staff 24/7 that can be looking out for people switching prices” Annets response was Extremely unprofessional, she could of explain to us differently she made us feel as if we had change the price. If Annet couldn’t be professional as a manager on duty I don’t expect that her employees will....

Disappointed I went in to buy a bike and I was trying out two different bikes and I ended up telling the worker I wanted the first bike he showed me and tried the bike which all this happened within 10 minutes in to talking about the bikes and trying them out and telling him ok I'll take the first bike and the sales guy tells me ok let me tell the cashier your taking the bake and he went to take the bike in the back so I could pick it up and he comes back and tells me o the bike just got sold they told me as I was telling them you were taking the bike and I was like how. He said they bought the bike online. Still don't get how they wouldn't order another bike for the online sell and let me take the bike as I was there and was trying the bikes out and was going to take it...

This review is more related to an online purchase but don’t bother or waste your time to purchase anything online. Made a purchase thinking. I would receive the item within two weeks based on the ETA given on their website . Contacted customer service two weeks later and was told the item won’t be in for another month. Asked the representative to refund the item and let me purchase something that would arrive sooner and was told I can’t and would take 24-48 hours for them to decide to refund an online order. Never heard or experienced that refunding an item that hasn’t even shipped or left their warehouse. All I was told, there’s nothing they can do and I would have to wait on the decision...
