Sent my sister in today to get 4 watch batteries changed David charged her $100 and 1) would only take cash, 2) refused to tell us what brand battery he was putting to justify the crazy $25 charge for each watch. And on top of that he wouldn’t accept card only cash because he was saying he doesn’t take card from people he doesn’t know when it was a DEBIT CARD not even credit. He also included an unnecessary remark that he doesn’t trust us he thinks we weren’t going to pay. As a business owner my self that is not in any way a customer should be treated. I brought in my 2018 Rolex watch for a clean and polish. First off the owner is the one who took on the project, he disassembled my watch band for cleaning, when he re assembled it he installed the links backwards. Second he put a matte finish on a silver oyster perpetual band. Not only did he change the overall appearance he only applied the matte finish(polish) to certain areas, 25% of the watch did not even get touched! My husband Daniel has a silver Zuni ring that he's worn for decades but recently he had to remove it for surgery and the silver was badly bent.
