STAY AWAY - I purchased a bed frame from them in May which was to be delivered in September. I have now spent over 4 months, over 25 contacts by email, text, and phone to number people and have not had received the compensation for damage to my stairs.
When the delivery arrived, and I explained that the bed headboard may not get through the stairs, the delivery service did not listen and proceeded. They damaged both the stairs and the ceiling. I was told by the delivery service and the company in late September they would repair the bed frame and then would compensate me for damages. In my 50+ years on this earth, I have never dealt with such incompetent customer service - specifically lack of response time, miscommunication, and broken promises. The company asked for an estimate from the original contractor. (I had just remodeled the house less than a year ago.) However, it took them almost two months to finally respond about it. Although they felt it was too high - they never communicated that to me and rather arranged for someone to come to the house under the pretense that someone "needed to assess the damage" in January. While there, my assistant said they were actually repairing the stairs with something. When I spoke with the repairer to tell him to stop the repair, I was told he was just using "soap and water" when if fact, as verified by email that use an epoxy to try to fix it. I was told they would compensate me to replace the stairs not use "filler" to hide the marks.
I can spend hours going through the ordeal, but would just say stay away from this company which is own by Lexington Home Brands. Their business practices are horrible, and customer...

They simply seem to have no idea where your order is or when it will arrive, claiming whenever you ask that the shipment is "in transit" from the east coast, for weeks this time, and for months last time, leaving us to sleep on mattresses and box springs on the floor. Then we got word on the day that it was finally supposed to arrive that their local delivery truck has broken down and it might take a couple more weeks. Every other item we've ordered in recent months from other suppliers, from dish towels to other furniture items, has arrived within days and on schedule - two beautiful custom sofas actually arrived from a factory in LA just five days after the order. We're kicking ourselves for risking another ridiculously long and uncertain delivery and not going somewhere else for our bedroom sets and desk.
