UPDATE: the staff has demonstrated and continues to demonstrate their lack of professionalism. I am still waiting for my daughter awards to.come in the mail. She has been waiting since Memorial. Luckily for her, she does not need a piece of paper to define her. She worked hard and will shine somewhere else. If you like dealing with an organized, professional customer service oriented place where your child with be given an opportunity to shine and grow, this is NOT the place for you. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
After 2 years of my daughter being here, not much has changed. This place is highly unorganized, and does not provide equal opportunity to all the kids. They need a new sound system desperately. We will not return next year because of...

There was blatant favoritism towards the directors grandchildren/children, the staff was rude, the kids there are cruel, and the place as a whole is pretty much a dump. (this place was also extremely homophobic and Christian??) The only good staff members there were Weston (who quit and was obviously gay and hiding it), and an unpaid tech worker, Athena. Those people were angels. Other than that, this place was pretty abusive and gave me so many problems I have with myself now.
conclusion: if your kids want to do theater, don't...
