I really wanted to leave a great review. Honestly this company has been such a train of disappointment. Let me preface this review to say the training with Mary Jane herself was enjoyable and good, however everything about this company and the way they run their business is SKETCHY!. Buyer beware.... Do yourself a favour goto Xtreme Lashes instead.

I purchased a training session in Orlando almost 3 months prior to the date; to assure my spot in the training course at the location i wanted. 4 days prior to training i was told my course was canceled and had to goto Tampa. After a few hours of back and forth emails they finally agreed to comp my hotel for me to attend the 2 day training course in Tampa (over 2 hours from my location).

After the classes were completed i contacted Lavish Lashes to find out if they had sent my certification, to which they told me they had not sent anything and I did not receive the letter until after 2 weeks of waiting. I received my "letter of certification" from Lavish Lashes, rather than a real certificate, to which the letter had this faded scanned copy of the trainers signature. The piece of paper is covered in a printer error (faded writing stamped all over my letter). making my $1195.00 purchase look WORSE than as if i had created a certification from my own computer.

This is the most expensive training on the market and i had hoped for better customer service, and support. When i contacted the company to find out about a model to be provided for me in Tampa, no one answered me until the day of the training.I had contacted them 3 days prior to the training date. I had to contact head office, multiple times plus the trainer. THank goodness for MJ being the director of training, who was the only saving grace from this experience. She helped provide me with a model and provided great quality training... But honestly... None of this headache is worth the coast of this training, for what you are receiving.

The contract you sign to get trained says " Certification will only be provided to fully (active) licensed Aesthetician/Cosmetologists" yet after giving them 3 current certifications of active proof of my qualifications as an Aesthetician currently licensed and active... I was provided a "letter of certification" for having not purchased a kit...

This company is not worth 2 thousand dollars. 1195.00 for 2 day training, and 1 thousand for their pro-kit.

I would recommend seeking Xtreme lashes who provide equal quality in training along with faster customer service, and way more affordable products. This company only cares about the bottom line money, and nothing else. Lavish Lashes has terrible admin staff who never respond back, if they don't care to answer your questions. The courses are disorganized, because everyone in my course had been rescheduled and reassigned to different locations/dates then their original sign up selection.

Reading these reviews will give anyone interested a great idea as to what should be expected from Lavish Lashes. Training-good....

Do not use Lavish Lashes if you are not in Riverside. Im only a hour in a half away in San Diego. I scheduled with them 2 months in advance. So excited to start my new business. 3 days prior to my scheduled training they emailed saying they had to reschedule for a date a month later offering me a $50 comp only if I got certified. So I agreed being that I already paid them like $1800. Then the time comes for me to get my training and 3 days prior they ask to reschedule me AGAIN for a month later or that I could get my money back. So by this time I was frustrated and agreed to a refund because I already didn't like the customer service when I called and asked them questions, but I had gave them the benefit of doubt! 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting on a refund which they said is processed every Friday in the order that they're received. Geez, how many refunds are they paying out! Total waste of time! Thanks Lavish Lashes for Not much. I also had a problem getting my kit. I paid for it at the time of my class because they said to get practice in before training on a mannequin when the month had past and I still hadn't recieved it I called and another person told me a totally different story before finally sending my kit out, which wasn't so bad, it took like a week after I went thru that. If you are truly interested in becoming a lash artist I would highly recommend lavish lashes . This is a professional company with instructors who have many years of experience in the beauty industry . I had no doubt that I would receive a formal instruction when I decided to go with lavish lashes . I did the one day classic training . My instructor was very knowledgeable and she has been in the industry for many many years . She was a current eye lash artist which made me even more comfortable in knowing that I was getting the best information. The class was thorough I just wish I had more hands on time throughout the class , but I only did the one day class for classic lashes . Even though I didn’t get to practice as much as I did I still know I have the foundation tk perform classic eye lash services and also have continued support from this company should I need any help. I’m excited to start my career in this field and practicing . That is the key to this skill, practice practice...
