Wow! We've tried a LOT of the Indian restaurants in a 15 mile radius, as it is my FAVORITE, and hands down, we will be returning here EVERY time I have a craving. The wait staff were very polite and efficient, and the menu was very easy to navigate. I've been overwhelmed at previous Indian restaurants from the sheer options, but M2 had everything I wanted in an easier format (see pictures). With most quality Indian restaurants, the food is made fresh, so there is typically a little wait. When we dined at M2, the place was very empty, heavily reducing any wait time. The samosas were crispy and filled, over a beautiful bed of purple cabbage and onions, portioned for 2 people. For the entree, we enjoyed the Palaak Paneer and (of course) the Chicken Tikki Masala, with a mango lassi and garlic naan. Having entered the restaurant ready to cannibalize whoever was next to me, I left VERY satisfied with a solid portion for leftovers. Portioning was generous but it just tasted so good!
Quality food, quick service, an enjoyable atmosphere, and good prices has M2 my new favorite Indian restaurant!
UPDATE:: I am not sure if there was a new employee, but we just entered the restaurant and the employee was on the phone, stared at us with a critical look on his face, and continued his conversation on the phone. We waited about 8 minutes while still not even being greeted. We went outside to confirm the place was open, which it was, and reentered and he couldn't even bother to turn around this time (6 feet away from us). ?? I'm not sure what's going on.... But I'm hungry.. so we went nextdoor to the Mexican place,...
Read moreOur Damsels that Dine group went out last night (4 of us Brits) to eat here and we were blown away by the food. Literally the BEST Indian food I've had in Florida since I moved here from Scotland nearly 40 years ago. In case you don't know, British people LOVE Indian food, and we were not disappointed at all. In fact my leftovers today tasted even better.
We all had Spicy and it was perfect! They have 4 levels of heat and we chose the 3rd highest one. I had Lentil Daltak I think it was called. Amazing.. Even the rice was delicious. The nan bread was fabulous too. And they just opened a few days ago, so the $2 happy hour wine was brilliant.
I plan a Brit group meet up every month, so in January we are planning to go there with our bigger group. We all loved everything we got. In case you are wondering, British people LOVE Indian food and fish and chips is no longer the #1 food in Britain, it's actually Chicken Tikka Masala! Who knew!!!
The atmosphere is OK a bit bright lights for me, but we don't care so much about the atmosphere as the food. I really hope they do well because the food was all perfection! Not sure what the difference was, but somehow all other Indian restaurants around here the food is just lacking something. We will definitely go back again and again. And prices were great too.
If you don't go you are truly missing out! Good...
Read moreWe came in as a party of 7 for my birthday. The service was slow but there was only 1 server for the whole place it seemed and we weren’t in a hurry so we were patient. When it came to the bill we asked that it be split 2 ways and they made it seem like it wouldn’t be a problem. We gave them 2 cards and when they came back they admitted they didn’t know how to split the transaction and charged it to one card. We asked them why they didn’t ask which card to charge it to, all they said was “sorry” and didn’t really act like they cared. There was only one table in the whole place they really cared to give good service too and it was very noticeable to everyone in the restaurant. They charged my brothers card instead of my parents because they couldn’t take the time to admit their mistake and ask which card to charge. A family also came in while we were eating and the server completely ignored them to the point the family walked out (one of them was using a walker.) A very awkward, unprofessional, and disappointing experience. The food was alright...
