1822 Fitness — Local services in Palm Springs

10/10 Excellent. For years, I hopped around local gyms looking to improve my fitness level, but nothing stuck. As I closed in on my late 40s, I knew time was not on my side, and I needed to find a personal trainer. I didn't want to go back to those big gyms where I felt out of place, fought over equipment, and was being harassed by trainers. So, I googled "best personal trainer near me" and found 1822 Fitness. I called and was encouraged to come in and discuss my fitness goals. I remember saying "been there, done that," and I wanted something different. Coach Molina spoke about commitment and fitness approaches. I needed someone who focused on my specific needs and didn't offer a one-size-fits-all training program. A few months later, I never looked back. I am stronger, happier, and healthier. He pushes me, and I am doing things I haven't done since my 20s. There are still many goals I want to reach, but I feel confident that with my work with Coach Molina, I will not only meet them but surpass them. He creates a unique variety of exercises for me that challenge my abilities and insists on my focus to achieve my goals. Coach Molina is no-nonsense, has an incredible foundation of knowledge, gives 110% to my sessions, and insists that I do the same.

I brought my son to an orthopedic at 6 years old with concerns regarding his left leaning posture and protruding shoulder blade on one side. With Coach’s extensive educational background and experience, he was able to correct all the muscular imbalances, help him to gain body fat percentage, help his agility and increase substantially his vertical jump in addition to weight training. I am so grateful that my son signed up. He comes home in a great mood and feeling energized. My daughter has suffered from a few knee dislocations. When the doctors recommended surgery, I did not hesitate to sign her up as well at only 11 years old. I joined the 1822 Fitness Family a couple months ago. I said family because that’s how they make you feel every time from the beginning to the end of your training section. You can also feel they care about your progress and take pride of the results. I started the gym as recommended by my doctor because I refused to take meds for some health issues I was dealing with. A few months later, the health issues are gone, there is no need for prescription medication, and the wait loss / muscle gain is significant.
