I visited this ice cream shop on Wednesday night and had a really disappointing experience. When we walked in, we were not greeted at all by the man behind the counter. He appeared to be halfway through making a banana split, but there was no acknowledgment of us—not even a quick “I’ll be right with you.”

We stood there ready to order for at least 5–10 minutes while he continued making the same order. Two girls were sitting inside and eventually walked up to start sampling flavors, and even then, we were still not recognized. When one of the flavors ran out, it took another 5 minutes for him to replace it, and he still didn’t say a single word to us—no greeting, no update, nothing.

The man behind the counter seemed completely lackluster and slow, moving with no sense of urgency even though multiple customers were waiting. After waiting around 15 minutes with zero acknowledgment, we decided to leave.

It was frustrating to be completely ignored, especially when we were ready to give them our business. A simple “I’ll be right with you” and a bit more attentiveness would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be...

3nd time eating here and the ice cream is still a 4/10 at best. It just isnt as good as surrounding ice cream shops in terms of flavour. I came back to give it one final chance but it has failed me again. The brownie also tastes like it was cooked weeks ago and I see I am not the only one who feels the same way. I also did not like the way samples are given out, you are only able to try up to 3 flavours before making a decision, not to mention that there are so many flavours to choose from and all of them did not taste good! The worker had an attitude with me as well when I asked if I could try a 4th and final flavor ( mind you the samples are literally less than a teaspoon of icecream) he said its against policy, which I understand but if I’m spending $40+ it would be nice to have some leeway. The prices for toppings is extreme too. Ordered a banana split and with minimal toppings the cost came down to $7 just for toppings alone! I could have ordered 2 banana splits from any chain ice cream shop with better tasting ice cream, lower costs, and free toppings.Would not recommend this place to anyone...

Decided to make it a family ice cream night ast night. This is in the middle of the plaza and you can see the ice cream sign from military trail. As soon as my family entered the ice cream shop Maria was like an aunt feeding you after being away at college for years. She was giving samples of ice cream left and right. "Oh! You need to try this, or how about this one it has a great full flavor!" So many choices but they all could have been bad but I would go again because Maria was such a wonderful host. As other said she loves doing this and it shows.
