Wok Crazy — Restaurant in Palm Springs

This Chinese restaurant is hands down is the best Chinese food in town or even dare say all of west palm beach. Most Chinese places' fried rice are bland, dry, and just not good. This restaurant howevee has the best fried rice that I've ever tasted as it wasn't dry, full of flavor, and my favorite, as it was the dark colored fried rice kind. Their honey garlic chicken was very good, too. They have the best krab Rangoon and egg rolls (fresh veggies and tasted uniquely different than any other egg rolls) were the absolute best I've ever tasted. I know Im coming across a bit hyperbolic but thats not my intention and I am not at all. I highly recommend this place not only because of the food but also for their awesome customer service. In my prior experience (not saying this is anyone elses experience or that I'm trying to be offensive as I'm Korean myself) majority of Chinese take out type restaurants aren't the best at customer service. Definitely get your food here if your in the mood for amazing fast Chinese take out food with a good customer service...

As a Chinese person myself, I was greatly impressed with how delicious the food tasted. I ordered some general tso’s chicken and some house special lo mein for my friends. We all loved it as the chicken was tender and the sauce was spicy with a bit of sweetness to balance, and the noodles were nice and soft but not soggy and had lots of flavor, meat, and vegetables. I really appreciate the flavors that remind me of true traditional and authentic Asian food, staffs were also so nice and the service I received was amazing, the boss was sweet and the chefs did amazingly well making my food without waiting for too long. First of all took forever for my food to be delivered and it was cold (keep in mind I live about 5 minutes or less away)!! When I called about it the lady barely listened to me. Finally said will refund if driver goes back for food. Was trying to tell her I had no problem for him to come get it but to make sure driver has receipt to prove refund/transaction, but she was rambling on about food to make it seem like I was lying. After she changed it and said oh the owner said can only refund if nothing was touched, ate.....nothing at all. I had no problem but she still was going on and not listening to me till I gave up. So $15 for food + $2 tip = $17...
