Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Springs

If y’all had a 0 star I would give it to you!!! The guy at the front was sooo unprofessional. A man that didn’t know how to speak English was having a hard time opening the pizza dispenser machine and the guy at the front with glasses, Spanish speaker himself, a hat on Wednesday pm shift treated him like if he should know what to do. He could have just taught the man how to use the machine. The Spanish guy begged the customers in line to help him, which I did. The phone kept ringing off the hook and this guy just complained and rolled his eyes. I hope the owner is reading this and makes an audit of his employees, there’s a lot of people who want to work but this guy really needs to go. He shouldn’t be representing this...

Terrible service. Little girl at register needs to learn how to deal with people better and to top it all off I found 4 little hairs in my pizza. Also the girl tried telling me they were out of something I guess because they were closing soon and when she asked in the back she nodded her head no thinking I couldn't see her cause god forbid you have to spend a little extra time. I'll never understand the customer service these days, or how people are willing to hire kids that don't care to treat the customer right, needless to say me or anyone in my family will never...

I ordered pizza for my classroom the day before. When I'm ordering the pizza they would not take payments over the phone for the pizza a head of time nor did they deliver. I had to get cash out so my aid could pick the order up. When she got there, they had no record of the order and she had to wait while they made the pizza. I asked to talk to the manager and I was told she only speaks Spanish. I asked for a discount because they lost my order and was refused. I have never had such terrible service at Little Caesars and could not believe the manager did not...
