Taco Bell — Restaurant in Palm Springs

I have been ordering this Taco Bell for the past 4 years. I have in the past year taking advantage of online ordering. I have always had great service. I have always had fresh food until management changed over as well as the employees. I had ordered, and it was showing on my phone that the order is set. All I had to do is go through the drive-thru and let them know. Well I went through after 10 minutes. The manager told me that the order was not there. She repeatedly asked my name. She repeatedly asked my order. She sounded confused and repeated herself over and over again. She told me I had to come back. My order wasn't showing up. She told me that the order takes at least 15 minutes. I told her I have repeatedly ordered through the app sitting in the parking lot and drove through and got my food. I didn't argue with her. I went down the street and picked up my red box movies. I went back to the drive-thru. Same thing...I asked to speak to the manager not knowing at the time if she was the manager. She again asked me repeatedly what my name was. She asked me how she could help me?. She seemed not to have the slightest clue on what to do. I told her that this has never been an issue before. It was only a $6.40 order. I am not here to complain, but I did pay through it the app. I did want my food. It was showing on my phone that all I had to do is drive through the drive-thru and let them know. She refused to talk to me through the drive-thru. She refused to give us her name. She refused to look at my phone to see that it is saying that my order is complete. That all I had to do is drive through and give my name. She said she couldn't help us. She would not give us any information on who to contact. So we sat there and contacted the corporate office and of course the office was closed. I will never order from this Taco Bell ever again! If I could write it zero stars I would because of this manager who refused to give me her name and come up with...

I haven't been to a Taco Bell for quite a while as I must admit I'm more of a Burger fan. Yet every now and then we all get a craving for that tasty mystery meat that is Taco Bell. I've eaten at plenty of Taco Bell's in my life and have noticed no adverse effects so I don't care what is done with the beef because it tastes good. This particular location has been around as long as I can remember and just like all other food chains, it too has been remodeled a few times. I think it looks appealing from the outside. This location had a clean men's room with well spoken and friendly staff. My visit was at 10:52 p.m perhaps there is a shift change at 11p.m. and everyone was happy to go home for the night. Regardless they were patient with my friend and I as we hadn't decided beforehand what we were going to order. There always seems to be a commercial for a new Taco Bell product!!! We settled on my usual go to meal when I visit which is a 12 pack soft taco. I knew that I didn't have any sour cream had home and therefore had to get a 12 pack soft taco supreme. I was prepared for the total to be slightly higher because of the sour cream but $17.49. I hope the sour cream was made from the finest cow in all the land. As I mentioned earlier it's been a little while since I've been to a Taco Bell and I know that when you add sour cream it is a little more expensive. This was way beyond what I was expecting. After the sticker shock wore off I asked for plenty of fire sauce "2 per taco please" which they happily gave to me, again it was quite a jovial crew for 10:52. The tacos were just as good as I remember them being. I will definitely return to this location but will make sure I have sour...

The best quesdillas of any fast food restaurant. The frozen Baja blast is the best drink of all time. It hands down beats any slurpee from 7-11 and now they have other flavors like blue raspberry. Are you kidding me? Don't forget the nachos cheese. You can't even find better nacho cheese at a 5 star fine dining establishment. Gordon Ramsey could not make better nacho cheese if he tried. The doroitos locos tacos are fire too. I tried the flaming hot cool ranch this time and I was not disappointed. They are addicting. I just wanted another one after I finished the first one like it was a drug. I was fiending for doroitos locos tacos the minute it was gone. It was crazy. I needed it but I was out of money. I didn't know what to do. I knew a pawn shop that was still open so I grabbed all the tools out of my garage and all my electronics from my house and went straight to the pawn shop. I didn't get much but that's another great thing about taco bell you don't need a lot of money to get a lot of food. I got my doroitos locos tacos and even had some money for another nacho cheese and Baja blast. I had to get the regular Baja blast because I couldn't come up with that freeze money. When I got back home my whole family was there. They had all came over to tell me they think that I might have a problem with tacos and that pawning all your valuables for tacos is not normal behavior. That's when I let them try the new flaming hot cool ranch doroitos locos tacos. They quickly changed their minds and are headed to the pawn shop...
