Wingstop — Restaurant in Palm Springs

Came here for the convenience considering I didn’t feel like cooking after being in the ER all day for a leg injury. I call asking if they could possibly bring my order out to the car because i’m injured and I had my sleeping baby in the car. She says yes your order just came up. Cool. I wait in my car for about 20 minutes and nobody came outside but I can see inside that they’re talking and doing their own thing so i’m assuming she’s not coming out. I take my 3 year old sleeping child and limp in because (I still can’t walk) but it’s fine cause it’s not their job to walk it outside to me. The thing that bothers me, the most is simple courtesy I walk in struggling to open the door. Nobody helps me then when I tell her my name, she asked if I want a couple when you can clearly see that my hands are full with my daughter in the bag of food so I Say no thanks I’m gonna drop this off and I’ll come back in because I cannot carry it when my hands are full. They see me struggling. Nobody helped me. I come back inside and I’m struggling to fill my cups with the drinks and still nobody helps me. I struggle to get the lids for the cup, and nobody helped me, but they sat around talking to their friends at the table. In no way do I want to sound entitled like someone SHOULD help but with my experience in the service industry, I 100% would’ve helped somebody that is clearly struggling right in front of me. Food still bomb....

Okay so I didn’t rate the food which would make the most sense L O L but I couldn’t wait and I’d forget or not feel like doing it later and this girl Brianna NEEDED this good review. Well idk if she NEEDED it but I needed to give her one cause that girl is awesome. She was literally the only person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone at ANY wingstop (and I’ve been to several locations from Broward and Palm Beach County) and she was the first personable, kind, helpful and fun person to chat with for my pick up order. Listen, I get it- everyone should be like that. But these days it’s SO hard to find great customer service and you gotta compliment when it happens. Also, it makes the place they work at look better, too! When people feel recognized, they feel like continuing to do a good job and hopefully those around them want to do as darn good job as them. Anyway, Brianna (sorry if the spelling is wrong), I hope you feel recognized and continue to keep it up. With your kindness, you will go far! Haven’t gotten our food yet cause I LITERALLY just placed the order 🤣 but just needed to make sure you felt seen in case you don’t or haven’t been. God bless you...

Wingstop use to be the best, until they started serving one bite classic wings and watered down blue cheese. The prices are going up but the quality is way down. I’ve been supporting Wingstop since 2001 and the wings were so cheap in price and they were on the smaller side. In the past few years they’ve upgraded to larger wings but lately especially the new one in Palm Springs, Florida is charging the same price that they do for the larger wings for thumb size bone in wings, the blue cheese swishes and if you know you know that their blue cheese is always thick and creamy with tons of blue cheese crumbles. Not anymore as they’ve been watering it down so bad. I’m talking about dip the wing into the dressing and it literally comes back out looking the same as before you dipped it. Not to mention the seasoning for the fries isn’t what it use to be either. I don’t mind paying what they charge but I want what they’re charging for and they’re are not charging me nearly $17 for ten classic wings, a regular fry, drink & then $1.40 per extra dressing when the dressing is watered down and they only fill it half...
