I went to C-Cats for problems with my laptop where it was giving me an error screen but it would be too quick for me to take a picture of it. Mr. Carlos was very patient when listening to the problems I was describing as well as being very welcoming. He assured me he had run all of the diagnostic tests on my computer to make sure he got the error screen which was very reassuring. When my computer began showing problems again, I quickly called Carlos and he took a look at it for me and had it ready for me very fast which was extremely convenient and helpful as a student. He would patiently and clearly explain everything to me where I left with a better understanding each time I went to his shop.
