AV Sushi Rolls and More — Restaurant in Palmdale

First of all I can't believe we hadn't tried out this place. We love sushi & are always looking for places to try out. Apparently, they have been over 3 years now. I guess you can say it's a hidden gem to say the least.

When we first arrived, we were a bit skeptical because the restaurant was empty. We were quickly greeted & asked to have a seat. The restaurant was very quiet since we were the only couple dining in. As we looked over the menu, we noticed numerous people walk in for phone orders & delivery orders.

After looking at the menu, we decided to try out the Refreshing roll, Mexican roll, Sexy roll & Salmon Collar. We were quickly impressed when our rolls came out. They looked amazing. We noticed they had light rice & plenty of protein. We were in love after having our first bite. With every bite, we loved it even more. After eating half of our sushi we decided to ask for a container to go because we were still waiting for the salmon collar. The salmon collar took long but it was well worth it. It was so delicious & full of flavor.

The staff were friendly & attentive. The prices were also reasonable. We will definitely come...

This place caught us by surprise! It has been here for about two years and I wish we would have tried it sooner.

Food: The fresh and baked rolls we had were fantastic! Perfect sized rolls, fresh fish, crisp veggies, and outstanding flavors. The spicy garlic edamame comes with a sauce that is rich in flavor and spicy (I'd like to try it infused in a roll).

Service: We were the only table when we arrived and received fantastic service. By the time we left another three tables were being served but never noticed a difference in service. Excellent attention to detail.

Atmosphere: Very clean place, fresh paint, comfortable chairs, and did enjoy some early 2000's hip hop music videos.

Will definitely return to...

I have ordered from here through doordash three times and this time was the worst s,They only gave me a teaspoon of Wasabi, I ordered the rainbow roll and it had missing ingredients,If you are going to do a rush job on Christmas Eve then don't open period.Im done with this place because you only have one time to be bad and I'm done.Dont do it guys,Are we all tired of getting bad food in the AV?We have to stop accepting this.In the valley or in LA the food is good for the most part because if it isn't people won't go to eat there.We need to do the same thing,I bet they will start getting it together then.It was half a teaspoon of Wasabi for a big...
