El Cevichazo Restaurant — Restaurant in Palmdale

It’s Friday date night , I and my wife are looking forward to trying this place, only to be disappointed by table service they provided us. From the beginning the waitress had an attitude of “ I don’t wanna be here “ so that was bad. We get to order our food, and sure enough it was messed up, I Oder a shrimp tostada to snack before our meal, and she decided to bring it dead last.😏 moving on my wife the shrimp cocktail..waitress gave her no crackers,,I had the Filete Reyeno and the stuffing was missing, not only that,my silverware was swimming in my food. Very bad table service like I said. I ask the girl how come my food wasn’t what I asked ? She went to the kitchen and brought back the stuffing (shrimp & sautéed mushrooms) in a separate bowl it looked un appetizing also disgusting 🤮 and nevertheless I didn’t even touched it. All bad beginning to end. I usually tip above average 15% 20% with Good service, it doesn’t even have to be excellent that’s rare. But this establishment couldn’t even be mediocre. So let’s just say the service reflected the tip on my bill. I give them 2 🌮 🌮 rating. Next time I’ll go to La Palma...

They tipped themselves. I came in with my family today, food was amazing, service was terrible. I didn’t get straws, didn’t get condiments I had asked for, wasn’t checked up on a single time. Not to mention the bathroom didn’t have soap, napkins, a lock, or a seat cover in one of the stalls. Anyway when it came time to pay, my bill was close to $300 which is fine, i know what i ordered. However, I was under the impression that i would sign a receipt and sign a tip. WRONG. I swiped my card & they didn’t give me a receipt. When I asked for it they said it wouldn’t print out. I asked about the tip since I wanted to leave it on my card and turns out she gave herself a $60 tip on my behalf. Not okay. I am always one to tip good but not getting to chose my tip rubs me the wrong way. And the fact that she still told us the previous amount when I swiped my card instead of the amount WITH the tip...

DO NOT COME HERE. only reason I came was because my favorite mariscos place Puerto Nuevo on 20th and Palmdale blvd was closed on a Tuesday. The waitress brought us our chips with salsa & the salsa was disgusting. Then she was very rude to me because she spoke to me and I responded in English. She discriminated me the entire time I was there. She only would talk and give eye contact to my boyfriend, which was very disrespectful. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time we ate. Then I didn’t think anything on the menu looked good, so I ordered cheese sticks with fries. The fries were gross, plain frozen fries and the cheese sticks didn’t even come with marinara sauce.
