This is from uber eats experience.
Lets see, my friend was trying to uber eats so he went to get the order, they told him to get in line so he did (they didn't tell him to get in the car to get in line so he thought it was okay to wait in line standing with the others at the drive though because she said it was okay to do so.) He waits, then reach the front and then informs him he has to be in a vehicle giving him the boot with some side of rudness even though he has his phone to confirm the order. He asked would his bike even count and the large over weight female Hispanic/Latino with a disaster bun head who was working that night shift on a Saturday(she refused to give her name so this is the only way to confirm her identity was though physical attributes) she rudely stated "no because its not a vehicle" even tho it is under the state of CA. she tried her best to make it as difficult as possible for him to not get this order. The rest of the staff was fine and the food seem okay but her aditude was that of a disrespect Karen with a day job. It was our first time there to deliver for uber eats and it will be the last. (He can't drive so I try my best to help him but most of the time at night most restaurants, at night, allow him to walk up for uber eats to make the deliver faster)
If you can avoid speaking with this individual you might get a better experience. I wish I could rate the food better but I'm not sure because we didn't receive the food for ourselves.

Read moreI love jack in the box, but DON"T COME TO THIS LOCATION!! I went in thru drive thru and the lady got my order down and even asked me if everything on the screen was correct and I looked at it for about a minute and said yes. We pull up to the window and this lady gives us 2 drinks instead of 3 of them. Before we left the drive thru window we had specifically told her that we ordered 3 drinks and that my boyfriend had asked for the combo (meal). This lady has the nerve to tell me that she didn't get it down and she will be charging us for something that WE HAD ALREADY ASKED for and told her SEVERAL times if she got everything including drinks! Not only that, but this lady does not have very good hearing. She heard everything I said through the intercom when I was ordering everything but when it came to order my brother's she didn't put down that he didm't want onions or tomatoes. I told her about TWICE, before she even put it down and she even REPEATED IT right back to me the first time! At that point I just got fed up with this lady and I LEFT WITHOUT my drink!! Read moreI've done many reviews on several businesses and I must say that this will be one of the worst. 2nd visit to this particular location and as I approach the register there is nobody there and at least 5 employees just standing around. 8am in the morning on a Monday I should not have to wait nearly 3 minutes utes before someone takes my order and then an additional 9 minutes before its done. I only ordered 1 breakfast meal. The woman working the drive thru was doing her job, but other than that these employees, including the manager have no business working in customer service. This is a very bad representation for Jack in the Box and after 2 visits to this place I know this is basically how customers are treated. I watched a customer wait at the register for at least 2 minutes and just decided to leave because nobody bothered to take his order or even acknowledge that he would be helped shortly.
