Michael's Liquor & Market — Local services in Palmdale

gave this store a few chances over the years but I have observed and noticed certain inappropriate and disrespectful interactions between the staff and customers. I've noticed that the staff tends to treat certain "minorities" very disrespectful at time and it happens quite often from people that I know that don't mess with this store. The staff seems to have a chip on their shoulders, make slick jokes to people that don't know and/or frequent that store and I would suggest if want a quality store where the staff are actually decent take the extra few minutes and go to b1 liquour on palmdale boulevard and you will notice how messed up Michael's liquor store really is. I'm only giving this review one star because apparently you have at least do that in order to post but the store really deserves NO stars. Stay away from this store if you've never been in just pass it up never know when the staff is on their monthly cycle when you walk in and that was a dig because the staff...

BEWARE THIS LOCATION THEY DOUBLE CHARGE ALOT…. ALWAYS REQUEST A RECEIPT AVIOD USING CARDS HERE… I tried to go to this location as least as possible but sometimes it’s the only smoke shop/alcohol open near me.. i’m writing this review because last night I went and I bought a few items from my mother the total came out to $44 when I got back to the car my mom thought it was weird that her items came up to $44. Then she went back into the store requested a receipt and come to find out they overcharged her by $7 this situation has happened a few times. also you can tell that some of the employees are prejudiced towards certain groups of people I’ve been going to this same store for five years now I know how they act some of the workers I do not like honestly I can’t wait to move out the area so I no longer have to deal with this location… I literally would drive 10 minutes down the street just to go to a different store to avoid...

Horrible service. Scoffed at me for using cash. Made me wait like a dog for my change… he literally paused to flirt with adolescent female customers and a fellow female coworker. He basically used my presence to stroke their egos. Absolutely repulsive. Seemed as though he mocked me to impress the young ladies. Very disturbing & disrespectful.
