Burger King — Restaurant in Palmdale

Worse Burger King I ever been too by far! I'm very dissatisfied I went thru the drive thru and ordered a family meal and only waited about 5 minutes behind two cars to get me food when I got home put in mind I only live a block away I opened my bags of food and everything was cold I called them to let them know Ii got a answer after the 4th call a worker there named Kaitlyn answered the phone and I told her my family was hungry and I had to reheat the food in the microwave because it was cold she told me I need to bring the food back for it to get replaced then I told her we were already eating it and I just wanted to complain about it I dont want anything free then I told her if I should call corporate she sounded rude in her voice and told me it's a franchise I said ok I will call back to talk to the general manager she said she was the manager well she didn't sound like one I said I will call back to talk to the manager then she decided she wanted to replace my order why could you not have done that from the beginning si also told her I will leave reviews online because my food was cold I never saw them cooking anything I dont trust bringing back my food so they can do...

I used to come here all the time until it became unbearable, everytime I’d order at the window they’d made me wait in the front for like 35 minutes just for 2 large fries & a burger. I always would pick up food for my family until it just got nasty. The burgers were always cold , my fries were medium heat if not stale or cold, and just today was when I really cut it off for good. As I was unwrapping my boyfriend’s burger, I see a LONG white hair just that I had out from the meat or the bun. It was really disgusting, I lost my appetite and the cold food didn’t make it any better. I know it was the older lady , with white hair and i’m sure glasses who usually takes orders and no blame or hate to her she’s sometimes sweet, it’s just a not pleasant feeling spending $28, and not getting quality food or having to wait like...

I had a pretty bad experience at this place, first they forgot to do my order, then they offered me a drink for extra waiting, which I prefer a coffee, I asked for esplenda which they forgot to put on the coffee , then when I went to the cashier to ask for esplenda or artificial sugar, she was acting like she could not understand me, English is my second language but every body could understand me, and even a costumer that was there was trying telling her, but she still play around like she didn’t know what I meant.... at the end I left the coffee there,,. mysteriously this has happened to me two times, and both times at this Burger King on 47and Avenue R.
