I went in yesterday looking for a computer or laptop for a hobby project. They had a desktop (hp omen) for 200. I wanted to confirm the specifications and everything so I asked them to turn it on and let me see it running and in windows. They didn't know the password to the machine therefore couldn't log in. How can you have a machine ready for sale and not know how to log into it?
I said I'd buy it without the m.2 hard drive for 20 less and then they didn't wanna sell it to me at all. They said they needed time to reset it and prep it. I said I wanted to buy it as is today without the hard drive and they refused. I asked them if they was willing to lose a return customer today and they said "yeah, it's not a Big deal.."
I said it's a big deal as you didn't have it ready and then wasted my time with something that should have been ready for sale.
