El Carbonero Restaurant — Restaurant in Palmdale

First time ordering here and experience was not so great. I placed a to go order inside with the host/cashier. I paid her and she told me the wait time (20 min). I go to the car to wait. I go back in 16 mind later to see if my order was ready yet and the cashier rings up the person in front of me I'm next. The phone rings and she decides to answer the call and commence to take the order over the phone. Common courtesy in restaurant biz is you place the callers on hold and attend to the customer who is physically present. Apparently they don't do that here because after that call she asked me for my order i told her and she goes to the back i guess to check? Then the phone rings again and she answers ANOTHER phone call and starts taking their order. Mean while I'm standing right in front of her waiting again. Then I ask a waitress if she can please help me as I been waiting for 30 MINUTES now. The cashier eaves drops and starting chiming in asking me for my receipt. I had told her twice i had left receipt in the car and i had just placed the order with her. This was beyond frustrating and a waste of my time. Management please train cashier's to assist physical customers before attemdong...

Horrible! Bad Sevice... I Paid $1.50 For A Piece Of Cheese... My Husband Ordered A Campechana And The Seafood Was Acidy & Tasted Old... The Place Says Its Salvadorian & The Handmade Tortillas Are Thin Like Mexican Tortillas I Am Full Blood Salvadorian & This Place Was Gross... My Dad Ordered Carne Asada But Only A Small Piece Of Meat Most Of The Plate Were Beans... I Ordered A Mojarra Frita It Was Good Till I Got To The Middle & The Fish Wasn't Washed Correctly It Still Had The Black Gooey Stuff That Has To Be Washed...
