When I first moved to the Antelope 10 years ago I was looking for a furniture place to buy everything we needed for our new home. I came across furniture plus and we decided to give it a try and as soon as we walked in i was approached by Cesar who help us with everything we needed and we were very impressed because he was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to give your the best prices.

When I made my order I was given an estimate of a 2 week wait, after the 2 weeks I was giving false information from several employees every time I called as to when I will be receiving my order, I understand if you have hold ups with the company you pick up from just be honest with your customer and don’t keep giving me delivery dates just tell me you guys are not sure and you apologize for the inconvenience. Initially it was 2 weeks, but it took a month, when I could have just been told that of course you don’t want to loose your money with the customer, but you’ve lost business giving your customer the run around from several different people. Called this place a couple weeks ago, after my father asked me to get carpet installed at his rental within a 2 day time frame. I called around everywhere and Furniture plus was the only place to guarantee install by Sunday. I arrived after talking to a representatives on the phone. I chose the carpet and 1/2 padding. Before paying the rep was kind enough to ask his installer if it could be installed Saturday (it was Friday when I called and paid for the service). They were able to accommodate the request.
