Only came to this store twice my both times I felt not welcomed and uncomfortable while trying to shop the energy was not great at all everyone seemed rude and not very happy to be there...the 2nd and last time I tried to see how a robe looked on me in the mirror and out of nowhere a store employee pops up to say with a attitude you can't try that you can buy it and return in 25 days... I was deciding wether I wanted it but after that encounter I just left the robe where I stood, and left the store so unprofessional and displeasing if she was nicer about it I would have maybe bought it or kept looking around the store..they have nice stuff but the customer service is absolute trash for me I rather drive to new jersey to get better service home goods/marshalls they are so helpful...
Read moreVery sad excuse for a Store Manager tonight 7/19, and less than bare minimum customer service. I unknowingly grabbed a 2 piece kids sleep set without a tag. The cashier paged the manager to assist, you know - do her job. The purple haired manager immediately responded that she wouldn't be looking for it because "the kids section is a mess, things are all over the floor" - which also seemed like something that would be her job to clean or delegate to another team member. Short purple haired manager should be ashamed for her lack of integrity. Since the kids sleep section was very small, maybe 15 items total in the section, I was easily able to leave the checkout line to get it myself. There was also only 1 stray item on the ground. Do better, care at least a little bit...
Read moreEdit: I change my review from 5 stars to 1 star due to going to this store today with returns from tj maxx. They are the same company and take returns from them and home goods. This old lady said “we don’t take tj maxx returns”. My husband and I both worked for the company for a few years when we were in college a few years ago and know they do. We told her this and with a HUGE attitude and refused to take it back even though I had a receipt and all the tags attached. She clearly didn’t want to do work of looking up the item return lookup (IRL) and change the tags. What a lazy worker! Not to mention the WORST customer service I’ve received. NEVER going to this store again. Hire someone more knowledgeable and qualified than...
