Hi we had a very bad experience at your store 853 S 25th street at 4:15 - 4:40pm on December 21st, the only associate in the store was a white male associate who did not great us and was unpleasant, the first thing he asked us as we entered the store as a black family was what is that noise outside, which was a car alarm going off. He really did not want to help us and accused us of maybe using a fake idea from my mom, who we spoke to over the phone with him. We just wanted to buy a new iPhone for our 78 year old Father's birthday and he had no customer service skills at all. After telling him we bought a Verzion IPhone from Walmart and needed him to activate it, he said he could not and that Walmart screwed you . I asked could customer service help us and he said no, however I did call customer service in front of him and they were very helpful, even though your in store associate insisted that our elderly mom come to the store. We spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone at Verizon and she handled our needs and setup a free phone deal to for my Dad , we were all so thankful and I will leave an above and beyond customer service survey! Stolen/lost phones bring us all headaches. I received my replacement phone through insurance in the mail. I went to two other Verizon locations for set up assistance and for a particular phone case. At those locations I thought I was given the best available service until I came here! Turns out that there was a glitch in the system with my account saying my fully paid off phone that I had for about two years couldnāt be upgraded until next year(8 more months). Every other location I have visited has seen it and not brought it to my attention. It honestly took time to sort out the glitch but they went over and beyond to take care of the issue. I went in for a case and walked out with a brand new phone at little added cost(and I really mean ālittleā). Ā Ā Ā Read morei would like to share my experience today at the 25th St. Verizon location i needed a new screen saver put on which was a replacement from Zagg and sent to me... i did not feel i could do it properly and i was correct... An employee named Justin helped me out and there was a lot more to it than i thought. He was "Very Knowledgeable" of what to do... it took longer than i anticipated but after watching Justin do every detail to install it meticulously and precisely i have to say it looked like a new phone.
