I decided to purchase Yeezy's for the first time and opted for in-store pickup at this location. Unsure about the size, I called the store to check availability. They didn't have them in stock, but I was told I could order two pairs online for pickup, try them both at the store, and keep the one that fit.
I placed the order and went to the store for pickup. However, when I asked where I could try on the shoes, the store employee informed me that I had to take both pairs because all Yeezy's are final sale once the boxes are handed over.
I asked to speak with the store manager, who only provided me with their customer service number and showed zero interest to help. While on the phone with customer service, I tried on the shoes and found both pairs to be oversized. After an hour and a half on the phone with a representative and then a supervisor, they acknowledged the situation and promised to investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.
48 hours later, I received an email offering a 30% coupon for non-discounted items in their online store within 60 days! Now, I'm stuck with spending $250 on shoes that I can't wear, and the suggested solution is to spend more money on items I don't need. Since the beginning the cashier asked someone (I guess the manager) and that woman is like street fighter very nasty, rude she started raising the voice without listening to my point. She declined my request of returning some shoes I had bought recently but I didnât bring the box they came with because I wasnât given the box when I bought them. The shoes were new and had not been worn because they were to be a gift for someone outside the USA. I asked them to at least change the shoes because it looked like one of them had been used (it was on exhibition) I didnât notice how worn it looked when I bought it. She declined no matter what and refused to help me with my situation. At the end they kept the shoes and money. They didnât return me my money, I hope that makes the store richer. So for anyone that decides to buy there, think several times before doing so because theyâre going to steal ur money and not try to help you out.    Read moreI came to do TWO SEPARATE returns but it got messed up. I had two different transactions with two different cards (one for me and the other was my bfâs) and I told them that. But she insisted on doing it all in one transaction claiming they will go to itâs own cards. I wasnât comfortable with that which was why I voiced my concerns before but she still went through with it. She went to her manager and they couldnât fix it which I understand. I recommend if you have multiple returns just make sure they do it separately no matter how much they insist. And ask to keep the original and refund receipt. Other than that the sales here are...
