I've been there with a friend looking for a 3 years old girl dress, on Oct14th. They were 3 ladies sales persons there, very much engaged in a private discussion. It was so important, that they did not bother to help us with anything, even if we were the only clients in fhe store at that time (8:00 pm). I couldn't find the 3 years old section myself as quickly as I would have liked to and I dare to ask for assistance. OMG the over the head looks and annoyed attitude I received!! One of them, without breaking the circle of gossip, started to gesture like a policeman in the middle of a crosswalk, explaining to me on what wall or hanger I will find what I need it. The conclusion for me was: "if you are not capable to find it yourself, please go bother someone else in another store. We are not here for you anyway, we have more important things to do now." I asked him a simple question about a product, and instead of providing any useful information, he gave me a halfhearted shrug and told me to “check online.”
Not only was his attitude rude, but he also ignored customers, stood around chatting with coworkers, and acted like helping people was a massive inconvenience. At one point, I watched him roll his eyes when another customer asked for assistance.
