I went in to Gorjana looking for a customized ring as a Valentine’s Day present to give to my girlfriend.

For the few weeks before going in, I had a vision of what I was looking for. And quite honestly, was afraid the real product wouldn’t be able to live up to the one I had cooked up in my head.

I adore this store and its employees. I’ve never had a bad experience! Truly, everyone I have met has been so helpful and sweet, true girl’s-girls. Shout out to Rebecca, she assisted me today. She was so patient, helping me find earrings that fit my likes/vibe and fit my maintenance needs and are in my budget. I’ve always had great experiences at this store. But today I went to pick up a necklace for a birthday gift and they were closed. It was 5:30pm. The website said they closed at 7pm. The lights were on, but doors were locked with a padlock. There were several people also outside trying to go in. We all called no answer. I stopped by at 6:15pm again and still closed.
