I completed an online order from this store, yesterday. My bank account was debited for $64.39. I received an email stating that my order was ready for pick up at 9:05am. At that same exact time, I received an updated email that the quantity was changed to 7 and the amount for my total was changed to $41.93. When I arrived to the store instead of 7, I only had 3. This franchise is representing Ace Corporation. I can tell that the employees went in my order #21216970-21217009 and took my item! Al said he is the owner. But, he had Jerry try to lie to me regarding my order. It's no way that I would have received that updated order for 7 , if the item was not in his store. Stopped in today, Saturday, Dec. 31st, 2016 just to possibly get some help with wiring connections and purchase the right product. The parking lot was almost empty and there were two other patrons in the store. We were ignored and when we asked for help ....no one could be bothered. There was literally 4 times the employees as there was customers. We decided to buy several items, to cover all bases, with the idea of returning what wasn't correct. We went to the register and said "I guess everyone is too busy to help customers" and the cashier's response was "yes, they are too busy to help today". UNBELIEVABLE!!! The tool is about 20 years old and was taken care of. I didn’t say anything at first. Then he kept say that the tool wasn’t taken care of again. I told him the tool was 20 years old and that I didn’t need the smart comments. If he didn’t want to help that’s fine. I can take my business somewhere else. He got rude with me and didn’t exchange the tool. Granted I wasn’t the nicest person once he became a smart a$$ but all the extra comments were not necessary from him and that didn’t help.
