I go here every so often. There always seems to be different staff. Which doesn't bother me a bit. But do not lose the staff you currently have because each one of them gave me an above and beyond experience. I came in last week for Valentine's day. Had to pick up a toy and some lingerie. First I got my toy. And the girl searched up and down the store to try and help me find what I needed. She was wonderful. And then after I picked out lingerie and checked out. The girl working the register was amazing. I didn't have to say a word. But she could read me like a book. She told me the one size fits all is really true. As I walked Thur the door I told the ladies I just read a whole bunch of reviews about you guys . One lady said I hope they were good. I laughed and said well see I knew they had movies they directed me into that area of the store. Being it was Christmas Eve . They were all ready to go for the evening. I have been in this store on many occasions. And everyone is extremely nice and very helpful. They aren’t shy about explaining and expressing the information about the items they sell. I love to go in an ask how do you use this a that. We have received the best retail experience. Even at the other 2 stores on the beach . It take the right people to work in this line of work . I usually don’t leave bad reviews, and I shop here quite frequently however I had bought a glass piece on the 19th for my birthday weekend but just got around of using it and it is leaking water all over the place! I did try to call and explain and was just told that they don’t do exchanges or returns at all. But if it was sold broken then that’s not my problem??? I’m very upset as it was very pricey for the size.. I was in LOVE with this piece but unfortunately it leaks and the little piece / holder part of the bowl broke off (this isn’t really a huge deal). Just really upset there’s nothing they can do apparently :( probably won’t be returning. If you sell broken pieces you should at least do something for your customer… so much for spending $130...
